They say bad roads bring good people... in 2022 Punta Jaguar started a new chapter under new owners, however the spirit remains the same. The love for nature, waves and this special spot is shared. For Ariane and Kai has been a 30 year dream to be close to the Ocean in a special place. We have now found this magic in Matapalo and are beginning the journey to leave our own mark on Punta Jaguar while protecting everything it stands for.

Book A Stay

Wonderful tree house to stay at. The view is marvelous. Every morning there were many animals paying us a visit. The guard Dider is very helpful and nice and his wife Jacky is really a good chef! We love this place and will definitely consider rebooking it in the future.

All I can say is Woow! House vibe, location and the staff is incredible. As soon as we checked out we had to book the house again immediately. 4x4 is a must and use Lapa Ríos as a orientation point in Waze or Googl Map
